What is quinoa?

Quinoa (pronounced Kee-noir) is a small seed native to South America. Thanks to its great nutritional value it is fast becoming known as a super food in its own right.

It is not just the versatility of quinoa and its great taste that is getting people talking but also its health benefits.  It is high in many vitamins and minerals essential to our body’s well-being.
